AS QUESTÕES DE RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL CORPORATIVA NA CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS
UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

A dimensão social como desenvolvimento sustentável nas cadeias de suprimentos tem sido ainda pouco estudada quando comparada com a dimensão ambiental. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é explorar as questões de responsabilidade social corporativa na cadeia de suprimentos. Será apresentada uma revisão estruturada da literatura sobre questões sociais nas cadeias de suprimentos, analisando a pesquisa publicada até o ano de 2019. Foi usada a base de dados scopus. Os resultados mostram que houve crescimento na divulgação de artigos a partir de 2009. Por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, 225 artigos evidenciam as questões sociais na cadeia de suprimentos dentro das categorias: 1) políticas trabalhistas, 2) direitos humanos; 3) sociedade; 4) ética;5) compliance e 6) filantropia. O estudo da relação de responsabilidade social corporativa e o gerenciamento da cadeia de suprimentos permitem a exploração de estratégias e resultados de desempenho voltados às questões sociais.
