Abstract

É observado nesta pesquisa diante a parametrização definida de palavras-chave na busca de conteúdo da literatura, denominado de análise exploratória, o impacto da ética e complicance dentro das corporações e a correlação diante o valor de reputação do empreendimento e sua imagem; sendo a ética voltada aos modelos de conduta que definem e ou diferenciam o certo do errado; e o compliance como os mecanismos ou ações tomadas pelos empreendimento, no qual é assegurado a implementação das expectativas das partes interessadas em todos os seus parceiros da cadeia de fornecimento.
